Guidelines for InECCE2021 Presenter

Dear Presenters/Participants,

Welcome to InECCE2021. To ensure you have full access and benefits of the virtual conference, please read through the following information.

  1. Submit your camera-ready manuscript with the related forms including proof of payment before 23rd July 2021. Detailed information regarding Camera Ready Submission can be referred to this link:

Please adhere to the NO SHOW POLICY as stated at the end of this instruction.

  1. Join the keynote sessions and your designated virtual conference session on the conference date 23rd August 2021. The detail on your presentation session will be notified by email and can be referred to this link:

InECCE2021 Virtual Conference Conduct

  1. One representative of the accepted paper is required to prepare, upload the presentation video (in mp4 file format) to the specified link by 30th July 2021, and join the virtual conference on 23rd August 2021.
  2. The length of presentation video should not be more than 7 minutes.
  3. The resolution of the presentation video should at least 720p, with a clear recording sound and good volume.
  4. The video should contain the presentation slide, and presenter face explaining/presenting the content of the slide is also clearly visible.
  5. The submitted video will be played by the chair/session committee and then followed by 3-minutes Q&A session from audience to the representative of the accepted paper. At least one representative MUST BE PRESENT and ready to answer question from the audience.

The submitted video will be uploaded to the InECCE2021 YouTube playlists as Unlisted Video and available for viewing by InECCE2021 participants for ONE WEEK after the conference date. After one week, the videos will be removed.

NO SHOW POLICY

Please take note that the InECCE2021 committee has decided that at least one representative of the accepted paper(s) MUST BE PRESENT during the Q&A session of the paper to answer the audience’s questions (if any). This is to ensure the good values and objectives of a conference can be achieved. Absence in the designated virtual presentation session may result to your paper not to be published.
