PAYMENT METHOD AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

We accept Online Transfer and Wire Transfer for fee payments. These methods of payment will require you to upload a scanned copy of the proof of payment in the registration process. For local participants, Local Order (LO) payments are NOT ACCEPTED.

At least ONE of the author need to register through this link: Camera Ready & Registration Form .

Note: This form need to prepare with a Proof of payment document (specify as “INECCE2019-fee-<paper ID>”, eg. INECCE2019-fee-39.pdf) & all the final submission of camera ready files in zip file mentioned in Submission page as compulsory files to be submitted with the registration.

Official Receipt and Certificate for Participant

The official receipts for payment will be issued during the event at the Registration Desk. Each registered attendee will be issued with a certificate of participation. Any changes without prior notification will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at RM 50.00 per-certificate for local participants/address and USD 30.00 (international address). Additional certificates for co-authors who are NOT present will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at RM 50.00 per-certificate.

Fees Structure & Details

Note:Conference registration fee includes souvenir, admission to all conference events, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, and lunches for ONE REGISTERED AUTHOR ONLY. Additional author who want to attend/join the conference will be charged RM300/person. You may need to contact InECCE2019 organizing committee via inecce@ump.edu.my for you registration.

Payment Procedures & Options

ATM, Online banking, and Wire Transfer are allowed for the payment process. Registrations by residents of Malaysia are payable using the local RM currency. Local orders are NOT ACCEPTED.
