MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

Initial Submission:

Prospective authors should submit full papers of  6-12 pages in English and present original research/innovative work relevant to the conference theme. All initial paper submissions should be submitted using the Springer format (Click here for the template splnproc1703 splnproc1703_mac). For the initial submission please submit your paper to Easychair.

Final Submission:

Author MUST download and submit:

  1. Consent to Publish document: InECCE 2019 – Contract Book Contributor Consent to Publish Proceedings (Springer) to Publish in Proceedings (Springer). Specify the file name as “INECCE2019-consent-<paper ID>”, eg. INECCE2019-consent-39.pdf.
  2. Answers to reviewers’ form: InECCE 2019 – Answers to reviews.
  3. Final Camera Ready Manuscript file (both in PDF & DOC format with specified name Paper ID.pdf and Paper ID.doc, eg. 39.pdf & 39.doc).
  4. Separated Figure’s files (.TIF format only specified as “paper ID-figure number”, eg. 39-figure 1.tif).
  5. Zip all files (1), (2), (3) and (4)  and specify the zip file name as “INECCE2019-paper ID.zip or INECCE2019-paper ID.rar”, eg. INECCE2019-39.zip to be uploaded in registration process.

Review Process

The submissions should be original and under-represented areas. We are strongly encourage the submissions provide new theoretical models, algorithm, techniques, systems or analyses that are rigorously verified or validated through simulations or experimental respectively. We will make every effort to fairly review the submitted papers.

Policy on Multiple Submissions

The manuscript/paper will not be accepted if it is found under review, accepted for publication or been published in other conference or journal. InECCE is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others.

Instructions for Camera Ready Version

One of the author should prepare the final version or Camera Ready version of the manuscript/paper after acceptance. Please note that there will not be an additional opportunity to revise your paper after this process. The instruction for this version will be available soon.
