Registration and Camera Ready Submission
In order to participate in the InECCE 2017, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. The paper is normally between 5 to 6 pages. All registration will be done through online submission at InECCE2017 registration page. The instruction to upload your camera ready paper, payment receipt and copyright transfer is in the registration page. You can download JTEC Copyright Tranfer Agreement here.
Reminder: All camera ready papers must follow JTEC templete.
Author registration payment must be made by 25th September 2017; otherwise your paper may not be included in the proceedings.
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must upload a scanned copy of their student identification card during online registration.
Payment of Registration Fee
We accept Online Transfer and Wire Transfer for fee payments. These methods of payment will require you to upload a scanned copy of the proof of payment in the registration website. For local participants, Local Order (LO) payments are not accepted.
Items Included in the Registration Fee
Conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings, admission to all conference events, morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, and lunches.
Official Receipts & Certificate of Participation
The official receipts for payment will be issued during the event at the Registration Desk. Each attendee will be issued with a certificate of participation based on the original registration (person who registered). Any changes without prior notification will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at RM 50.00 per certificate for local participants/address and USD 30.00 (international address). Additional certificates for co-authors who are not present will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at RM 50.00 per certificate. Certificate of attendance is normally not issued but may be requested at a cost of RM 50.00 per certificate for local participants/address and USD 30.00 (international address).
